The Harmonic Egg® is at apex acupuncture!

Why use the Harmonic Egg®?  
In the first few months that we have had the Egg, people have reported better sleep, improved mood, fewer symptoms of anxiety and depression, reduced pain, hormone regulation, and improved digestion.  Personally, I also found it incredibly helpful for reducing jetlag.

Wondering about the experience itself?  
The zero gravity chair reclines back so that your legs are elevated above your heart and your weight is evenly distributed across your body. Both of these factors help take the stress off the spine, allowing you to fully relax. Reclining back to full zero gravity helps to prevent vertebral compression, alleviating low back pain and tension in the hips.

Caitlin and I determine the colors for the light panels based on your intention and the specific goal of the session. Those will be the colors for the entire session – it is not a light show.

The soundtracks are selected based on your specific intention and what is going on with you on that particular day.  The tracks all combine a variation of instruments (cello, piano, guitar, native flute, didgeridoo, vibraphone, drums, etc) and nature sounds (crickets, water, wind, birds, etc), and a few of the tracks are sanskrit mantras.  Because of the Egg’s specific shape and material (walnut), the music really fills the space and many people report that they can “feel” it.

It is a really unique and incredible experience, and is the closest thing that I have felt to the experience of acupuncture.
